In 2003
C.S.D. (Consulting
& Sales Development) Sas
has been constituted in Turin, with the Temporary Management approach
to the Sales & Marketing Management in industrial field.
"Temporary
Management” area is a
strategic key point and a principal activity for C.S.D. Sas.
A Temporary Manager
is not a consultant!
The
difference between a consultant and a Temporary
manager is substantial: a consultant usually serves as support for the
company, analyzing and suggesting to the management what actions need
to be taken; for a specific project development time (temporary),
companies can have at their disposal an experienced manager,
professional enough to support growth and get over hard times (e.g.
creating a Sales network, during the launch of new products and/or new
markets, or in a generational transition management).
The use of a Temporary Manager is
acquiring ever growing importance in companies, since there are both
economic and medium term results advantages, without loosing time and
with a stable monitoring over outcomes.
